Where is SRC?

SRC will be held at the Berlin Marriott Hotel.

Will SRC have a room block available?

We have a room block available for SRC attendees at the Berlin Marriott Hotel at the special discounted rate of €265 per night. After you register we will send a link where you can book a room at this price. This link is open until 14 April. There are only a couple of rooms left in the block, so we encourage you to book sooner rather than later!

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted, but fees apply based on the date of cancellation:

Before 18 March 2026: 25% of the registration fee.
Between 18 March 2026 and 22 April 2026: 50% of the registration fee.
After 22 April 2026: 100% of the registration fee. This includes individuals who fail to attend the conference and did not request to cancel their registration before the event.
