Where is SRC?

SRC will be held at the Berlin Marriott Hotel.

Will SRC have a room block available?

The portal to book a room at the Berlin Marriott Hotel in our block at the special discounted rate has closed. After you register we can ask the hotel if they have any additional rooms to book at a discounted price, but there is no guarantee.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted, but fees apply based on the date of cancellation:

Before 18 March 2026: 25% of the registration fee.
Between 18 March 2026 and 22 April 2026: 50% of the registration fee.
After 22 April 2026: 100% of the registration fee. This includes individuals who fail to attend the conference and did not request to cancel their registration before the event.
